I love writing. Nothing makes me happier than wordsmithing a thought or feeling into a perfectly expressed written voice. And I believe the heart of writing is listening. I spent a decade in journalism learning how to listen and write for a range of diverse audiences. I can class it up, liven it up, or button it down as you need. All I need to do is listen to you. ARTICLES, COLUMNS, AND OTHER ACTS OF JOURNALISM
I've spent a decade of my life in journalism, holding the positions of senior reporter, managing editor, photographer, videographer, editorial assistant/coach, and even cartoonist. I have also taught two semesters-worth of journalism workshops at a collegiate level. I also served as a foreign correspondent in Haiti just after the 2010 earthquake, and helped lead a team of student reporters through an on-campus shooting in 2018. Whatever articles you need, I can write them.
